It is based in the world. If you exami ne closely you will see that you bring things into your life as we all do. Everything we percieve is created by the human existence or another live being.Therefore, to be, we connect with the true force of life.

Okay, meditation is easy, all you have to do is The following, and if you choose to Develop yourself in meditation, use The Seven Chakras, imagining them as glowing spheres, getting stronger+brighter with each breath.

-=Alpha Level meditation=-About the alpha level

One and only step.
Clear your mind, take a deep breath, and as your exhaling imagine a three fades in and out, three times. Take another deep breath, and as exhaling imagine a two fades in and out, three times. Next, you probally guessed.... take another deep breath and imagine a one fading in and out three times. Thats it to enter the alpha level!

Do the Alpha Technique and then just read and imagine.

you feel more relaxed already, as you see a blue-white light entering through the top of your head, and slowly come down into the eyes, relaxing this is energy you have created, so know that it will make you more relaxed, and alert etc. etc. and it will do so as you go deeper.

emotions subside, as bliss sets in. the light spreads into your neck and shoulders, yet still stays in the head, relaxing you more and more.

The blue-white light goes into arms and hands, relaxing them completely.

The light in your shoulders moves down into your torso, relaxing all the muscles on the way.

your entire upper half should be relaxed.... ears to stomach..

the light makes it's way into the lower abdomen still relaxing, and comforting.

the light moves into your private areas, and into the legs below.

the light intensifies twofold.

you remain concious, as you now are becoming more and more relaxed.

Theta level is achieved, and all surroundings dissapate, and fade away.
From this point in your meditation you can practice Advanced Techniques, such as Astral Projection or Cryokenesis, or if you choose, just bask in the bliss that is God.
