Step 3 Inhale/Absorb large amounts of energy from the air, filling the mold you set in your solar plexus.
Step 4 Be Happy! Happiness is the strongest solar plexus energies, which leads to good luck.
Step 5 Release the energy you just generated; let it be true.

Secondary-Level-Technique:Doing it on the spot.

Step 1 Clear the mind (meditate)
Step 2 Get into the alpha level and inhale energy into your clear solar plexus.
Step 3 Tell yourself you will have this energy again through thought-absorption( you think its there, its real) when you tap a finger to another one in the same hand.
Step 4 Come out of a meditation; Tap your finger to the other one while focusing ccompletely on the desired situation.
Step 5 Release the energy you just generated; let it be true.
