4.now, Imagine yourself in a purple room. you turn to your left, and
there's a yellow hallway, now walk down it, and at the end there
are FIVE YELLOW STEPS,THE FIVE YELLOW STEPS dissapear and 21 yellow steps
reappear, going out of your vision.
5. Repeat until these symptoms occur. eyes feel fluttery, you cant hold a thought, etc, etc.
6.Read aloud (to yourself (with meaning and confidence)what you wrote.
7.Now, say : when I get to ten , I will wake up , and be fully concious.
9.Count to ten.
10.Repeat step 9 if necessary.
