Charging your body with universal energy::Develops third eye:: Tech 1 : White Sun.

Charging your body with energy is easy, and what type of energy you charge depends on what type you imagine, but in this excersise we will just use white universal energy, and this energy should, if this is done correctly, remove ALL BLOCKAGES.

Step One
Focus on your Third eye(glowing blue), but also, at the same time your pituitary gland, as bright as the sun, a white, pure light.

Step Two
Imagine that the pituitary gland is connected, fully, to an infinite source of white, pure, energy, with all the spectrums and colors within it, and that it is overflowing, through your gland, into the tube in which your chakras reside, breaking up all impurities and forcing them to clear, and, if you wish, clearing your arm/leg channels, and filling them with potential energy (not kinetic).
